I graduated from Sheridan College with a degree in Athletic Therapy and certified as an Athletic Therapist after graduating from St. Frances Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Science, Human Nutrition.

While Athletic Therapy is my passion, I find that including nutrition in your recovery and performance will make your fitness goals more attainable. Part of my treatments can includes coaching on nutrition, fitness coaching, and health education programs for athletes, educators, coaches, and sports teams.

Athletic Therapy has given me the opportunity to be involved in high-level sporting environments including Jr. A Hockey teams, Brampton Excelsior’s Jr A Lacrosse, University of Guelph Varsity Rugby and Basketball teams, Canada Rugby Development program, National Toronto Rock Lacrosse team, as well as the Elliot Sports Medical Clinic.

Alongside my position at Victorious Therapy, I also work at Okanagan Hockey Academy here in Edmonton. I have found that working with both elite athletes and the general public has allowed me to develop skills with treatment programs to restore, maintain and improve physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent injuries.
